A lot of people have been made to feel foolish by a computer shop. That’s not how we work. We tell you what’s wrong, what it costs and what your options are before we touch anything. Ask the same question twice — genuinely, it’s fine. And if you got one of those scary “your computer is infected, call this number” pop-ups, call us instead. We’ll clean it up and check what was left behind.

Clear pricing, no surprises

The price we quote is the price you pay. There’s no travel fee for coming out to The Villages — it’s already built in. If we can’t fix it, you pay the $59 diagnostic and nothing more, and if you go ahead with the repair, that $59 comes off the bill. Every repair is covered by our 90-day warranty.

If a repair isn’t worth it on an older device, I’ll tell you honestly and tell you what I’d do instead.
