Repair questions
How long does a repair take?
Most phone and tablet repairs are finished on the spot, usually within about an hour of us arriving. Computers, liquid damage and anything needing a part ordered in take longer, and we tell you before we start.
Do I need to be home?
We come to you. Device repairs happen in our fully equipped service van, parked right outside your home or office, so you never have to drive anywhere or ship anything. Just tell us where you will be when we call.
Which devices do you fix?
Phones and tablets — iPhone, Android and iPad — plus Windows PCs and Macs, desktops and laptops. Not sure? Pick “Other” on the form or give us a call.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every repair we do is covered by our 90-day warranty.
